We are pleased to announce that JSW has undergone a change in ownership as of 2nd of October 2024, with Outback Mining Services (WA) Pty Ltd (‘OMS’) taking over the ownership of the business.
The OMS Directors and Shareholders are Arvind Misra, who has had extensive previous involvement working for and advising the previous boards of JSW and Jason Ward an experienced mining industry figure.
Arvind, Jason, and the JSW team would like to thank Allegro for being the custodians of JSW for the past seven years as well as outgoing CEO Keren Paterson and CFO Chris Parkinson for their contribution and service to the business.
Going forward JSW founding employee Steve Payne will assume overall leadership & management of JSW as Executive General Manager. Christian Nettleton (7 years with JSW) will absorb additional duties into the financial controller position and Guy Mola (6 years with JSW) General Manager of Drill & Blast will provide further commercial support to the business.
