The Board of JSW Drilling is pleased to announce the appointment of Keren Paterson as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, following the retirement of CEO, Warren Fair.
Keren has been a valued member of the JSW board for the past six years and we are delighted that she will be leading the Company.
A mining engineer from the Western Australian School of Mines and INSEAD Alumni, Keren is an internationally recognised leader with over 25 years’ experience across the global mining value chain. The Board would like to thank Warren for his deep contribution to the foundation and success of JSW. Warren has been a stalwart of the drilling and mining industries for the past 40 years and we wish him the very best for his retirement.
Keren commented “I am honoured to be taking the baton from Warren. He has been an integral part of the JSW journey – from developing the business plan at his kitchen table to building the company into the successful business that it is today. Since joining the board I have witnessed this growth first-hand and I look forward to working with JSW’s near 200 staff who are committed to delivering high value mineral sampling and drill & blast services to our clients in surface mining and civil construction projects including Alcoa, Fortescue, Rio, South32, CPB and Decmil.
