Boilermaker
As a boilermaker, you’ll carry out fabrication for repairs and builds on our drill fleet and support equipment.
Location: On site – FIFO (WA), Bibra Lake Workshop
A typical day in the life:
- Completing maintenance repairs, servicing and rebuilds based in our Bibra Lake workshop or on site, in line with JSW or manufacturer standards
- Keeping accurate maintenance records
- Keeping project managers, maintenance managers and supervisors up to date with any issues that may affect operations
- Helping out crews with general tasks such as cleaning, organising work areas and general store duties
Skills, experience and qualifications that will help you in this role include:
- Trade certification
- C Class manual driver’s licence, with heavy rigid or above
- Experience in maintenance and fabrication of heavy mining equipment
