In August, we held the first annual 5 Year Club dinner, attended by 19 employees who have been a part of the JSW team for five years or longer.
The 5 Year Club was established to recognise the hard work and unwavering commitment of our longer term employees and create something that our new starters can aspire to.
Employees and their partners enjoyed an evening of delicious food at Santini Bar and Grill and were awarded gifts and a certificate for their various lengths of service, acknowledging previous milestones of 5, 7, 10 and 15 years as part of the newly launched recognition program.
The program will formally reward and recognise employees’ efforts when reaching annual tenures, starting from one year of service.
Congratulations to everyone who attended the dinner, and to those who were unable to, thank you for your ongoing support. We’re looking forward to hosting more celebrations to recognise our team in the future.
